We also will discuss the steps necessary to holding a well-organized, productive board meeting. The webinar will be presented by Kathleen Schoenberg, an attorney focusing on charter school operations and an approved Florida governance trainer and Marjorie Waldo, the Principal of Franklin Academy in Boynton Beach.

This sample document is an application form that potential board members can use to highlight their individual areas of expertise and knowledge. Using a form such as this helps governing boards match new board members to the skill levels that may be needed on the board. The form also includes disclosures and an annual conflict of interest statement form.
